IVM treatment is an option that should be offered carefully and to the appropriate patient group, and the chance of pregnancy varies between 30-35%. There are no side effects of hormone therapy in IVM treatment. However, due to various indications, it is not suitable for all patient groups. There are many cases where normal IVF treatment, that is, conventional treatments with hormone stimulation, should be applied.

Cases in which IVM is not preferred based on ultrasonic overlay appearance, cases with previous unsuccessful IVF attempts, and cases in which IVF treatment should be given primarily with hormonal stimulation when evaluated with other details specifically for the couple.
